Tata Motors has introduced the Nexon EV Max Darkish to its lineup of Dark SUVs. Although the standard Nexon EV Key already featured this exclusive all-black design, the extended-range variant has now joined the Darkish family. Tata offers the new Nexon EV MAX Dark in two trims: XZ+ LUX, priced at Rs. 19.04 lakh, and XZ+ LUX with 7.2 kW AC quick charger, priced at Rs. 19.54 lakh (all prices are ex-showroom, India). The Dim version of the Nexon EV Max is Rs. 55,000 more expensive than the standard top-of-the-line XZ+ LUX variants. The Tata Nexon EV Max Darkish also comes with significant revisions, the most notable of which is the addition of Harman’s new 10.25-inch touchscreen High definition display screen. In addition, the company is providing wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a High-Definition Rear View camera, and a voice assistant system that can now recognise up to six languages in 180+ voice commands – English, Hindi, Bengali Tamil, Telugu, and Marathi – as well as a new user interface (UI). Commenting on the launch of the Nexon EV Max variant, Vivek Srivatsa, Head, Advertising, Product sales and Assistance Method, Tata Passenger Electrical Mobility Ltd., stated, “The Nexon EV is India’s first EV and has been cherished and trusted by more than 50,000 customers in a short span of time, making it the vanguard of India’s EV evolution. The #Darkish collection, on the other hand, has made a name for itself by becoming a popular option among customers. With the popularity of the #Dark and the renown of the Nexon EV MAX, we felt it was the perfect time to combine the two and introduce to our customers this new avatar that “takes Darkness to the MAX.” Visually, the Nexon EV Max Dark is very similar to the current Nexon EV Prime Dim; however, the wheels are now charcoal grey. Other exterior features include a satin black humanity line, projector headlamps with Tri-Arrow daytime running lights, Tri-Arrow signature LED tail lamps, a unique Dark mascot on the mudguard, a shark fin antenna and roof rails. Dark-themed all-black interior pack, Jewelled Handle Knob, Glossy Piano Black dashboard with signature tri-arrow pattern, Dark-themed leatherette door trims with tri-arrow perforations, Dark-themed leatherette seat upholstery with tri-arrow perforations and EV blue accent stitches, and Leatherette-wrapped steering wheel with EV blue stitches. The attributes list will also include – an electronic parking brake with vehicle hold, front leatherette ventilated seats, an air purifier with AQI display, a wireless smartphone charger, cruise control, vehicle-dimming IRVM, electric powered sunroof, vehicle headlamps, a rain-sensing wiper, totally automated temperature management, a cooled glovebox, rear ac vents, a good key with push-button start/stop (peps), and Regarding technical specifications, the Nexon EV Max Dim retains the identical 40,5 kWh lithium-ion battery that powers the electric motor. The motor produces 141 horsepower and 250 Newton-meters of torque. The vehicle is also equipped with four levels of regenerative braking, and its purported range is up to 453 kilometres.
