The interior is designed with luxurious materials and special details to provide an all-encompassing comfort experience and “cocooning effect.” Front passengers receive a base MBUX Hyperscreen with “zero layer” and Mercedes-Maybach-specific start-up animations on all three screens, whereas rear passengers receive two 11.6-inch displays, MBUX High-End Rear Seat Entertainment, and MBUX Interior Assist.

The Executive chairs feature ventilation, massage, and heating for the neck and shoulders, while the First-Class Rear features a floating band front centre console that leads to hardwood accents and rear stowage.

Music system: The SUV’s standard Burmester 4D Surround Sound System with Dolby Atmos technology provides an immersive audio experience. The system includes 15 speakers and permits individualised configurations for each MBUX user profile. The driving sound, dubbed “Aerial Grace,” responds to numerous parameters, resulting in an interactive aural experience.

Natural materials, high-quality Maybach Exclusive Nappa Leather, and various Maybach emblems are incorporated into the attractive interior’s fabric design. Additionally, the new EQS SUV features leather that has been tanned using coffee bean casings, making it an eco-friendly and sustainable material.

The SUV’s exterior design features unique characteristics that give it a unique personality. The bumper’s air inlet has chrome-plated filigree slats, and the Maybach lettering is integrated into a chrome-plated ornamental strip.

The Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV is equipped with 4MATIC all-wheel drive as standard equipment. The performance of the SUV is facilitated by two electric motors, one on each axle. The engine generates 640 horsepower and 700 Nm of maximum torque. The battery-powered SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and has a top speed of 209 km/h. In addition, it has a WLTP range of 600 kilometres, indicating its ability to travel long distances on a single charge.

Other features of the Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV include adaptive rear illumination and Active Ambient illumination with 253 programmable LEDs and 64 colours. In addition, it has Energising Air Control Plus with a HEPA filtration for superior air quality and the standard Air Balance Package for a distinct aroma. The SUV also features AIRMATIC Air Suspension and ADS+ continuously adjustable damping as standard equipment. There are a variety of charging options available for the SUV, including DC rapid charging, which can charge the battery to 80 percent in just 30 minutes.
