Images of the Hyundai Exter Micro SUV Have Been Made Available, and Bookings Are Now Open.

In preparation for the introduction of its upcoming compact SUV, the Hyundai Exter, Hyundai India has released some photographs of the vehicle’s exterior. Just a few days following the appearance of spy sketches or photographs on the internet of a nearly ready-to-manufacture variant, the official photographs were released to the public. The outside of the car has been designed to look like an SUV, complete with angular and muscular lines, flared wheel arches, substantial cladding, and roof rails. At the same time, the aesthetic is consistent with the company’s international design language, which we have seen before on the Ioniq 5 and the Verna. This was something that we found very impressive. The Hyundai Exter will be available in five different varieties, which are EX, S, SX, SX(O), and SX(O) Connect. In order to reserve one of these automobiles, a token payment of Rs. 11,000 is required.

Visually, the Exter receives a squared-off face along with a clamshell-design and style bonnet, H-sample LED daytime operation lamps, and projector headlights housed in rectangular, chrome-bezel housing. All of these features contribute to the vehicle’s overall appearance. A cladded front bumper and a faux silver skid plate are also visible, in addition to a Parametric Grille that has been painted black and the lettering ‘EXTER’ painted higher up than it. Additionally, the vehicle will come standard with diamond-cut alloy wheels, roof rails, and colour options that include a two-tone design. Cosmic Blue and Ranger Khaki are the two additional exterior colours that will be available for the vehicle, along with the six monochromatic and three two-tone options that are already available. These graphics only show the Ranger Khaki colour option.

The exterior of the Exter is completely clad, and the roof is designed to give the impression that it is floating.

The vehicle’s back end has not been revealed, but based on the spy photos we have seen previously, it will have connected taillamps with LED illumination, a floating-style rood design, a muscular hatch, and a hefty rear bumper. In addition, the vehicle will have a muscular hatch.

According to Hyundai, the Exter was designed for consumers who enjoy living an active lifestyle both inside and outside of the city. The vehicle will come standard with a 1.2-liter Kappa gasoline engine that is prepared to run on E20 fuel. Additionally, it will be offered with a 5-speed manual transmission and an optional Wise Car AMT (Automatic Manual Transmission). In addition to that, there will be a 1.2-liter Bi-gas Kappa engine that runs on both petrol and compressed natural gas (CNG). It will be paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. In the beginning, it will take competitors such as the Tata Punch and the Citroen C3 into consideration.
